Cum sa avem SUPERENERGIE in excursii!

RO: Mereu cand calatoresc imi place sa fiu superenergica si sa merg in cat mai multe locuri. Urasc excursiile de tipul "All inclusive" in care toata ziua stau la soare pe un sezlong si in pauzele de la bronzat mananc sau dorm intr-o camera de hotel. Actiunea si energia sunt cele doua elemente care ma caracterizeaza, asa ca de fiecare data cand plec undeva, mai intai imi incep ziua cu o portie dubla de cafea! Dar daca as putea sa obtin energie folosind alte ingrediente?!


EN: When I travel I always like to be super energetic and to visit as many places as possible. I hate "All inclusive" trips during which I lay on a chaise longue all day and in between tanning breaks I eat or sleep in a hotel room. Action and energy are the two elements that characterize me, so, every time I go somewhere, I start my day with a double portion of coffee! But what if I could get energy using other ingredients?!

 

 


RO: Am luat-o pe Alexandra intr-o zi si am zis: "Hai sa incercam un smoothie pentru superenergie! Cafeaua poate fi inlocuita cu ceai negru sau verde si mult zahar!". A iesit ceva mai caloric decat un espresso, dar mai bun si mai sanatos! Sa vedem ce am amestecat (CLICK PE VIDEO):


EN: So I told Alexandra one day: "Let's try a smoothie for super energy! Coffee can be replaced with black or green tea and lots of sugar!" What came out was something higher in calories than an espresso, but more delicious and healthier nevertheless! Let's see what we have mixed (CLICK ON THE VIDEO):

 

 


RO: RETETA 1:
1. Cirese
2. Mango
3. Zmeura
(3 dintre fructele cu un continut foarte ridicat de zaharuri)
4. Seminte: de canepa, de in si de dovleac (semintele nu au fost adaugate neaparat pentru energie, ci mai mult pentru satietate; noi am pus prea multe seminte si rezultatul final a iesit... foarte "samantios" - semintele erau cam tot ce se simtea, asa ca atentie la cantitate)
5. Apa de cocos (foarte saraca in calorii - doar 18 kcal/100 ml - dar extrem de bogata in vitamine (de ex: riboflavina, niacina, tiamina, piridoxina)
6. Ceai negru - inlocuitorul cafelei (In 100 ml de cafea sunt 40 mg de cafeina, iar in 100 ml ceai negru sunt 20 mg, asa ca noi am folosit doua plicuri pentru a-l concentra si a-i ridica nivelul de cafeina)
7. OPTIONAL: esenta de vanilie pentru un gust mai dulce (se poate folosi si mierea pentru obtinerea aceluiasi rezultat)


EN: RECIPE 1:
1. Cherries
2. Mango
3. Raspberries
(3 fruits with a high content of sugar)
4. Seeds: hemp, flax and pumpkin (the seeds were not necessarily added for energy, but for their fullness; we added too many seeds and the result came out... very "seedy" - the seeds were pretty much the only thing you could taste, so be careful with quantities)
5. Coconut water (very low in calories - only 18 kcal/100 ml - but extremely rich in vitamins like riboflavin, niacin, thiamine and pyridoxine)
6. Black tea - replacing the coffee (100 ml of coffee contains 40 mg of caffeine and 100 ml of black tea contains 20 mg, so we used two tea bags to make it more concentrated and increase its caffeine level)
7. OPTIONAL: Vanilla essence for a sweeter taste (you can also use honey for the same result) 

 

 

 

 

RO: RETETA 2:

1. Fructul pasiunii

2. Struguri

3. Banane

(am mers e aceeasi idee ca si in cazul primului smoothie, folosind fructe bogate in zaharuri pentru obtinerea energiei)

4. Spanac

5. Apa de cocos

6. Seminte (de canepa, in si dovleac)

7. Ceai negru

8. Ceai verde (am gasit in Auchan niste plicuri de ceai verde cu menta pe care le-am folosit pentru smoothie, iar efectul final a fost unul WOW! Chiar se simtea foarte intens menta, bautura avand un gust mentolat! Perfect pentru zilele de vara!)

 

! Ceaiul verde contine mai multa teina decat cafeina, in comparatie cu cel negru. Teina este un stimulent de lunga durata, avand un efect continuu pe o perioada de 6-8 ore, in timp ce cofeina este un stimulent care isi atinge efectul maxim rapid, energia disparand dupa doar 2-3 ore. Pe de alta parte, este dificil de apreciat cu exactitate concentratiile de cafeina/teina din fiecare tip de ceai pentru ca asta depinde de foarte multi factori (metoda de infuzare, timpul de infuzare sau cantitatea de frunze folosita).

 

9. OPTIONAL: Esenta de vanilie

 

 

EN: RECIPE 2:

1. Passion fruit

2. Grapes

3. Bananas(based on the same idea as the first smoothie, namely using fruits rich in sugar to obtain energy)

4. Spinach

5. Coconut water

6. Seeds (hemp, flax and pumpkin)

7. Black tea

8. Green tea (in Auchan, we found some bags of mint and green tea, which we used for the smoothie, and the effect was WOW! You could really feel the intense taste of mint in the drink! Perfect for summer days!)

 

 ! Green tea contains more theine than caffeine compared to the black variety. Theine is a long-term stimulant, having a continuous effect on a 6-8 hour period, while caffeine is a stimulant that quickly reaches its maximum effect: the energy disappears after only 2-3 hours. On the other hand, it is difficult to know exactly the concentrations of caffeine/theine in every type of tea because it depends on multiple factors (the infusion method and time or the quantity of leaves being used).

RO: Chiar daca poate parea greu de carat un blender in excursii, exista si variante mai mici, usor de transportat, pe care le puteti lua oriunde, mai ales in excursiile mai lungi in care vreti sa va simtiti ca acasa! Cele doua retete de smoothie pe care le-am propus noi pot fi adaptate dupa gusturile fiecaruia folosind principiile de baza: fructe cu mult zahar, ceai negru/verde si seminte. Eu si Alexandra suntem foarte curioase sa auzim cum v-au iesit si voua smothie-urile si sa aflam noi retete si trucuri pentru superenergie! <3

 

 

EN: Although it might seem difficult to carry a blender on trips, there are also smaller varieties, easy to transport, which you can take anywhere with you, especially in longer summer trips during which you want to feel like home! The two smoothie recipes that we suggested can be adapted to suit everyone's taste using the basic principles: fruit high in sugar content, black/green tea and seeds.
